After an arduous budget hearing the morning of Monday, August 28, the 24th Judicial District Attorney Robert Lassman, that same evening, asked the Goliad County Commissioners Court to accept Goliad as the new District seat for his office. The Court unanimously agreed to the request, accepting all rights and responsibilities that go along with the change.
