Coming to Cuero was the 'Wright' move

Born and raised in San Antonio, Texas, Lisa Wright began her teaching career in 1992. She taught at Judson Independent School District up until her move to Cuero in 2011. 

“My husband Jamie, who worked for Cuero ISD, gave me the keys to my classroom, and now he has the key to my heart,” smiled Wright. “I would say moving to Cuero was the ‘Wright’ move.”

At the beginning of the Cuero School Board meeting on Monday, March 22, Wright was recognized for her 10 years of dedicated service at Cuero ISD. She is a retired Hunt Elementary School teacher and was awarded a plaque by Cuero School Board President Courtney Moore.
