Macedo charged for triple homicide in Victoria County

A crash during a pursuit with local law enforcement in the 1200 block of McArthur in Cuero resulted in the arrest of 32-year-old Emilio Miguel Macedo on Monday, Nov. 8.

Macedo is being charged with Capital Murder (Bond $1,500,000) and Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon (Bond $350,000) after a shooting that took place in Victoria County in the 10,000 Block of FM 236 where three murder victims were found according to a press release from the Victoria County Sheriff’s Office.

The release of the identity of the three victims is pending the results of autopsies which will be performed by the Travis County Medical Examiner, according to the press release.

Macedo has additional charges of Evading Arrest or Detention with Vehicle, Possession of Controlled Substance and Tamper/Fabricate Physical Evidence with Intent to Impair, each charge carrying a $75,000 bond.
