On Saturday, October 28, The Cuero Downtown Farmers Market will host the 5th Annual Howl-o-ween Pet Parade. This event has ‘CAT’-agories galore for pets of all types. With just a $10 entry fee, ‘Pet-testants’ may enter multiple categories/divisions such as: Best Rescue Pet, Best Large Dog, Best Family Group, Best Small Dog, Most Unusual Pet in a Costume and People’s Choice.
