The DeWitt County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the publics help to identify two men who committed an Aggravated Robbery in the Yorktown area. 

On Sunday, Jan. 22, between 11:15 a.m. - 12:15 p.m. two male suspects claiming to be Texas Rangers robbed an elderly private homeowner whose residence is located on FM 108 in Yorktown. 

The first subject is described as a white male, short brown hair with curls near the ears, heavy set, rounded face, approximate age in the 40s. The subject was last seen wearing a white shirt, khaki pants, belt with law enforcement badge and handcuffs.

The second suspect is described as a male of unknown ethnicity, dark complexion, short straight dark colored hair, thin build, approximate age in the 40s. The subject was last seen wearing dark colored ball cap, jacket, khaki pants, belt with law enforcement badge and handcuffs.

The description of the vehicle is a white pickup truck.
