Aggie Moms Club Offers Scholarships

The DeWitt-Lavaca A&M Mothers’ Club proudly provides support to students from DeWitt and Lavaca Counties who attend Texas A&M University in College Station, Galveston, McAllen, and Qatar. This support is granted through scholarships; paper weights for graduates of our members; donations to student organizations; and where applicable, goody bags during finals week.

Ten Days Remain to Apply for Next Texas Emergency Management Academy Cadet Class

The Texas Division of Emergency Management (TDEM) issued a reminder today that the application period to join the next cadet class of The Texas Emergency Management Academy is set to close on February 29. This third cadet class of The Academy begins in September in San Antonio, Texas, with graduation planned for Spring of 2025.
