BRENDA FAYE T

Brenda Faye Tislow was born on October 8th of 1946 in Vincennes, IN and passed away on September 24th 2025 after a brief battle with cancer.

Brenda was a retired nurse from Cuero Hospital, a lifelong caregiver, and the beloved matriarch. She traveled often in her youth and was able to extend those travels again in recent years. She preferred a good book in the sunshine, a beach chair with a fishing pole, or a chatty phone call with family and friends.

Brenda was proceeded in death by her loving husband Bob Tislow in 2019 and we take comfort knowing they are now reunited. Her siblings are Forest Lee Campbell of Victoria, TX, Linda Higdon of Vincennes, IN and Russell Campbell of Shelbyville, IN.

Her pride and joys were her three sons Destry (Erika) of Spring, TX, Bobby (Kristy) of Goliad, TX and Josh (Brittany) of Cuero, TX. She was a loving grandmother of 14 and was beyond blessed with 17 great-grandchildren.

A celebration of life will be held to honor her on October 18th at Cuero Park. Her legacy will live on in every hug, every memory, and every story shared for years to come.
