Gloria Licon Barron, 73, of Westhoff

She was born July 21, 1952 in Cuero to Victoriana Garcia and Ortino Licon Sr. She married Domingo Barron Sr. on August 30, 1974 in Cuero.

She is survived by brother, Daniel (Andrea) Licon; grandchildren, Sephra Barron and Trae Barron and greatgrandson, Jordan Gonzales.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband of 45 years, Domingo Barron Sr; sister, Mary Torres; brothers, Ruben Licon, Ben (Ellie) Licon, Robert Licon, Ortino Licon Jr. and Joe Licon.

Pallbearers include John Michael Villa, Taylor King, Tyler King, Ruben Tamez, Jordan Longoria, Michael Longoria, Sammy Villa Jr. and Jamie Barron.

Visitation will be held Thursday, February 12, 2026, 5:00 – 7:00 pm at Freund Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held Friday, February 13, 2026, 10:00 at Freund Funeral Home with Pastor Rick Schaller officiating. Interment will follow at St. Aloysius Cemetery in Westhoff.
