Born in Lakewood, CO, she was the daughter of the late Harvey Leo and Patsy Sisson Deines.

Known for her caring spirit, Krista was always helping others, a true caretaker by nature.

Her adventurous side shone through her love for travel and she found joy in the many places she visited.

Krista devoted her life to serving the Lord by loving with all her heart in churches and as a missionary in Mexico. Her deep faith was reflected in everything she did. Krista was also a talented musician, a beautiful singer, lyricist, and guitar player, sharing her gifts with others through her music.

Krista was married to the love of her life, Cliff, for 49 wonderful years. Together, they built a life centered around faith in Jesus, love, and service. She was a devoted mom, sister, friend, and beloved Oma to 7 wonderful grandchildren.

Krista will be remembered as a devoted wife, a loving mother, and a compassionate servant of God. Her legacy of love, compassion, sense of humor, charisma, and joyful servant’s heart will continue to inspire all who knew her.

In addition to her beloved husband, she is survived by her two daughters, Leah Brown and Joy Miller, their spouses, her 7 grandchildren, and other family members and so many friends.

A service to celebrate her life will be held at Klein Funeral Home in Tomball, Saturday, November 16, at 2:00pm.
