Barbara C. Mobley

Barbara C. Mobley, 82, of Cuero passed away Wednesday, September 20, 2023. She was born December 6, 1940 in Hornersville, MO to Joseph and Kitty Adkins Cleveland. She married Allen Mobley on October 6, 1961. She worked as an Insurance Clerk at Cuero Medical Clinic for many years. She enjoyed gardening, singing and she loved animals.

She is survived by her daughter, Suzanne Mobley of Cuero; son, Russell Mobley of Cuero; grandson, Trey (Telleah) Moore of San Antonio; nieces, Anna (Brandon) Coleman of Cuero and Lona (David) Ackman of Gonzales; nephew, Shane Cleveland and several great nieces and great nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband of forty-two years, Allen and her brother, Joseph Cleveland Jr.

A memorial service will be held Thursday, September 28, 2023, 10:30 AM at First Baptist Church with Pastor Kenneth Parker officiating.
