Natalie Denise Pyatt was born on March 18, 1982, the only child of Wendell and Karen Pyatt of Spring Valley, CA. She was always a sweet child, loved by all. Her youthful years were spent under the protective watch of her parents, Aunt Margaret Parks and godparents, Robert and Doris Thomas. Natalie accepted Christ at an early age and was baptized at Bayview Baptist Church by the late Pastor Timothy J. Winters. Natalie, a graduate of Joe Blasco Beauty College in Hollywood, CA, was a well-known professional makeup artist in Southern California. She knew how to handle those brushes! At weddings, graduations, proms, bridal showers etc, Natalie’s work was apparent. A perfectionist who took great pride in her work, she wanted to make everyone she met beautiful. Beauty should have been her middle name.

Natalie fell in love and married John Henry Turner Jr. on September 21, 2007. To this union, three beautiful children were born. Natalie was dedicated to her family. She raised her children with great love and pride and was a loyal and dedicated wife to her husband up to the time of her passing.

Natalie leaves to cherish her memory her loving parents Wendell and Karen Pyatt, husband John Henry Turner Jr., their children Serenity Denise, John Henry, III and Sophia Denise, as well as all of Spring Valley, CA. She is also survived by her maternal grandmother Delores Williams of Cuero; godmother Doris Thomas of Atlanta; father-in-law and mother-in-law Harold and Glenda Roberts of Spring Valley, CA and a host of aunts, uncles and cousins in Cuero and Sandy Island, SC.

She was preceded in death by maternal grandfather James D. Williams Sr.; paternal grandparents Mr. and Mrs. Samuel (Frances) Pyatt; godfather Robert L.Thomas; aunts Margaret Parks, Leona Gillory and Tina Herriott; uncles Lonnie Douglas and Alvin Williams; godbrother Kenneth Thomas and her one and only brother-in-law Jabrun Silva.
