Rose M. Johnson

Rose M. Johnson entered into rest on Sunday, December 17, 2023 at the age of 79. She was born on November 8, 1944 in Caldwell, TX to the late Ulysses Manuel and Ozie Turner Manuel. Rose was a graduate of Freeman High School in Caldwell, TX.

Rose is survived by her husband of 55 years, Willie Johnson, her daughter Yolanda Harvey and husband James, her son Chedrick Johnson and finacé Chesley Williams, her grandson James “LJ” Harvey, and her sister Hester Richardson.

In addition to her parents, Rose is preceded in death by her siblings J.D. Manuel, Edward Manuel, Irene Lockhart, Jewel Carroll, and Bobbie Manuel.

A visitation for family and friends will be on Saturday, December 23, 2023 from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. followed by a church service beginning at 12:00 p.m. at New Testament Holiness Church, Cuero, TX, with Pastor Trevor Brooks, officiating.
