Walter Kit Wilson

Walter Kit Wilson, 66 of Cuero, TX went to be with the Lord on February 5. He was born on March 6, 1955, in Weatherford, TX to Jesse Shanklin Wilson and Patsy Gene Pearson.  Walter Kit Wilson was a veteran, he served in the Army from 1975-1978. He was loved by many.

He is survived by his Daughter: Ryan Anne Hicks (Husband: Johnny Ray Hicks), Son: Joshua Scott Ross Wilson, Sister: Cindy Jean “CJ” Wilson Winter (husband: Rocky Winter), Brother-in-Law: Murray Jackson, Nephews: Johnny Jackson and Austin Jackson Grandchildren: Trinity Morgan Hamble, Aiden Jesse Laffoon, Tobin Ross Wilson, Tien Dwayne Wilson, Niklaus Alexander Hicks, and Emric Wilson.

Kit was preceded in death by Parents: Jesse Shanklin Wilson and Patsy Gene Pearson, Wife: Debra Kay Wilson, Sister: Julianna Wilson Jackson, Nephew: Toby Christopher Winter

Memorial Services will be held on March 20, at The Followers of Christ Fellowship Church located at the Hope Community Center (122 CR 413A, Yoakum, TX, 77995).

He enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren, watching westerns, reading the bible and listening to the pastors on the radio. He was a member of the Followers of Christ Fellowship Church In Yoakum, TX.  A Couple of his favorite Bible verses are John 3:16 and Psalms 23:1-6.
