Alton L. Borgfeld, born May 3, 1924 in Weser, Texas and died Oct. 31, 2017 in Kenedy, Texas. He was the oldest son of Henry W. and Annie Borgfeld. He attended high school in Yorktown, Texas.
Geraldine Spears, 88, of Cuero, passed away Thursday, Nov. 2, 2017. She was born Jan. 27, 1929 in Cuero to the late Ned Givens Thigpen Sr. and Viola Simon Thigpen.
