Leading by 17 points at halftime, it would seem clear that Yorktown was putting together another positive performance. The scoreline didn’t paint the whole picture, though, as Woodsboro were the aggressors during the opening 16 minutes.

Even though Yorktown came away with their 13th straight win to start the season (72-32), coach Val Acree takes the blame for their slow start.
