The freshman squad was defeated in two sets, while the JV brought home the sole win after defeating Poth in three.

Next for the Lady Gobblers, walking into state ranked #9 Calhoun, a very tough place to play. After falling behind much as they did on Tuesday, the Lady Gobblers were in a bind down two sets to none (19-25, 21-25). During the third set, the table started to turn. The Lady Gobblers continued to show fight as they took the next two sets (25-19, 25-17) from the Sandies forcing another hard-fought game where they reached the fifth set. The momentum would not be enough as they fell in a tremendously hard-fought battle. The JV and freshman teams also took a loss.
