Hello All, Busy month of September: the Council approved the Fiscal year 2025 City budget, and the first heat of the Great Gobbler Gallop was run at King Turkey Days in Worthington Minnesota. Ruby has a 30 second lead coming into heat 2 on October 12, at Turkeyfest. As the saying goes “It ain’t over till October.” The Ruby free pancake breakfast is slated for Saturday September 28 at 8:30 am. Pancakes will be served in the walkway in downtown Cuero, first come, first serve. This event will be a trial run for the main event in October, right before the parade on Saturday morning October 12. Same place, same time. 10/02/2024 12:46 PM
