County issues burn ban

Artist Rafael Acosta’s assistant fills in color on the latest mural at the Main Street Walk Thru. The Rialto movie theater was located where the current City Hall is. This mural as well as the one of the historic passenger train depot were “14 years in the making,” according to Main Street Director Sandra Osborne.
