Cuero Regional Hospital will be hosting a blood drive for the South Texas Blood and Tissue Center in the Education Classroom on Thursday, July 18th, from 10:30 am to 3:30 pm. CHS Cheerleaders: Blue-Ribbon Gobblers

The Cuero High School Varsity Cheerleaders attended NCA (National Cheer Association) Cheer Camp from June 24-27. During the four-day camp held in Galveston, they were recognized for numerous daily awards including Spirit Stick Award on days 2 and 3, Stunt S.A.F.E. Award, Technical Excellence for Crowd Involvement and for Voice Projection. They also received several blue superior ribbons. My flight along with our sister flight marched quite a distance to the range during the hot July Sun. I am not making excuses just a bad shot that day. Our assignment was to fire semi-automatic rifles and hit a target 100 yards away.
