Families flock to Touch-a-Truck 2
Almost 200 more people attended the Second Annual Touch-a-Truck on Saturday than the first year’s attendance of 380. DeWitt County Precinct 1 Constable Kelly Phelps was involved in a crash on IH-10 in Colorado County on Wednesday, June 12 at 4:15 a.m., according to a crash report filed with the Texas Department of Transportation.
