As winter starts to turn to spring each year, I begin getting questions from ag producers and homeowners alike on what they should fertilize with and how much they should use. I usually answer them by asking them a series of questions to figure out their own personal situation, but the conversation usually ends with me recommending that they do some soil testing. Without knowing what the nutrient levels are in the soil, it is impossible for anyone to really know what to recommend. Hospital employees walk for American Heart Association

Cuero Health employees came together to raise funds and participate in the American Heart Association’s (AHA) annual fundraising walk on February 1. A total of $1,472.74 was raised for the Crossroads 2025 Heart and Stroke Walk event held in Victoria through the American Heart Association. A total of 55 walkers from various departments signed up to support the AHA’s mission, honoring loved ones and promoting education on heart disease prevention. Although a joyous occasion for the retiree, unfortunately the city loses experienced and highly skilled individuals.
