The event featured key speakers, including Anna Daniels from the Guadalupe- Blanco River Authority (GBRA), DeWitt County Judge Daryl Fowler, Cuero Mayor Emil Garza, Lynn Falcone, the CEO of Cuero Regional Hospital, and Cuero City Manager Wayne Berger.
