Outhouse humor, memories found in man cave
GOD first...Heavenly Father, with joy and thanksgiving, we thank You for the many blessings. Every day, we come nearer to Thee and each day You Continue many blessings as we journey with our fellow beings on this green earth. Forgive us our many sins and neglect of the things we needed to do and say. Help us Lord to correct our attitude toward others and forgive those that are against us. We pray in the name of our Savior, Jesus. Amen. 12/18/2024 06:57 PM
Lee owns the all-time record for total Toyota ShareLunker entries. The Texas angler has entered 69 fish over eight pounds during 2024 alone. The single year total is more than twice that of the program’s No. 2 contributor, Deric Miller of Southlake.
Texas angler on a different level with record 69 ShareLunker entries, four 13 pounders in 2024
Texas Parks and Wildlife’s Toyota ShareLunker program archives are bustling with big bass records dating back nearly four decades. Through mid-December, the popular spawning and genetics research program had taken in 3,856 entries between 8 and 18.18 pounds. It’s an impressive list representing 175 different public reservoirs, several private lakes and an army of anglers who have participated since the program’s inception in 1986. 12/18/2024 06:57 PM

Rethinking college: Invest wisely in your future
Rethinking college: Invest wisely in your future
With rising tuition costs and student debt at an all-time high, many are questioning whether college is worth it. But what if the problem isn’t college itself, but how we approach it? What if we treated college like we treat sports with our children? 12/10/2024 04:06 PM

Christmas gifts of pets not nice, but certificates perfect presents
Pet shelters and adoption agencies across the country are unanimously in agreement that no cat, dog, puppy or kitten should be given to a family as a holiday 'surprise' gift.
