In observance of Thanksgiving Day on November 28th, the City of Cuero Offices will be closed Thursday, November 28 and Friday, November 29 and will reopen at 7:30 a.m. on Monday, December 2. The sanitation schedule will be as follows: Monday through Wednesday routes will remain the same; Thursday route will run on Friday; Friday route will run on Saturday. The Citizens Collection and Recycling Center will be closed Thursday through Saturday and will reopen at 8 a.m. on Monday, December 2. 11/27/2024 01:52 PM

Elder Veterans pinned at special ceremony

Veterans from both Cuero and Yoakum’s Nursing and Rehabilitation were honored with a special pinning ceremony by DeWitt County Veteran Service Officer Jeff Zengerle on November 19. Stricter guidelines for spay, neuter program enacted

The Cuero City Council implemented stricter guidelines to minimize the abuse of its Spay and Neuter Voucher Program at its regular meeting on November 12.
