This Secretarial natural disaster designation allows the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) Farm Service Agency (FSA) to extend much-needed emergency credit to producers recovering from natural disasters through emergency loans. Emergency loans can be used to meet various recovery needs including the replacement of essential items such as equipment or livestock, reorganization of a farming operation, or to refinance certain debts. Hello my fellow Cueroites, The weekend was beautiful, the week was busy, however fun and the trip to the Texas State Capitol on Saturday April 12 was awesome. A mix of participants, the Citizens Police Academy Alumni, the Mayors Youth Council and some Cuero residents toured the Capitol grounds and attended a Capitol tour of the interior to include both legislative chambers, the Senate and the House of Representatives. The bus even made a detour to downtown Austin, so a citizen could get a photo with the Willie Nelson statue, made his day!!!
