Golden Crescent Long-Term Care Ombudsman Program is seeking volunteers in DeWitt County to advocate for residents living in nursing and assisted living facilities. DeWitt County Precinct 1 Constable Kelly Phelps was involved in a crash on IH-10 in Colorado County on Wednesday, June 12 at 4:15 a.m., according to a crash report filed with the Texas Department of Transportation.
