The day is promising to be an awesome Saturday, and I am at the Cuero Park Pavilion, waiting to receive the microphone and welcome everyone to the tenth anniversary of the Ethosha Lynn Back to School Bash. What an honor. Shout out to The Tri-City Empowerment Council and numerous community sponsors for supporting, organizing and executing another successful event which was well attended. The county’s first responders and school officials gathered on August 7 to share their knowledge and questions about preparations for any armed attacks at campuses.
