Clean Up Donations
This past weekend Keep Cuero Beautiful sponsored a city wide clean up event and invited “teams” of volunteers to pitch in and cover several areas of town. Trust Texas Cuero Bank employees signed up for the event and collected lots and lots of debris and then turned in their “haul” to be weighed. They were one of the three winning teams and their award was a $100 check. To make this a double/triple win they donated the check to Pet Adoptions of Cuero. The non profit shelter wins with funds to help their vet expenses, the City of Cuero won – all that trash picked up and the Trust Texas Bank staff won bragging rights for their efforts and dedication. Thanks to all who participated in this wonderful TRASH for CASH event.
