June marks Men’s Health Month and Hernia Awareness Month, and Cuero Health is urging men in our community to take charge of their health by scheduling routine visits with their primary care providers and staying up to date with recommended screenings. MAY 16, 2025 NUMBER OF HEAD: 1292 Packer cows and bulls were consistent with last week’s prices. The cattle futures board dropped $6-7 the last few days which caused some fluctuations. Lighter cattle took the biggest hit in both classes. However, overall the market was fairly steady with last week’s numbers. Even with the futures board dropping this week, the market is still great. Electronic records streamline wheels of justice

The wheels of justice in DeWitt County weigh a lot less these days with the conversion of files to electronic formats. Prior to 2025, all cases on the 24th Judicial District Attorney’s docket were paper copies.
